Your assignment will be based at a single location servicing two specialized programs—one for PreK-8th grade and another for students aged 9–22. You’ll enjoy a manageable caseload of high-needs students, focusing your expertise on helping those with autism and behavioral challenges. With six other SLPs and numerous behavioral therapists on-site, you’ll collaborate within a robust, collegial network dedicated to exceptional student outcomes.
Key Details:
- Start date options include July 1; position runs through November 1, 2026, including Extended School Year (ESY) services
- ESY: July 1 – July 24, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- New School Year: August 12 – November 1, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (state and national certification required)
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially those with autism and behavioral needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Positive, flexible approach and passion for working in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language services for a small, high-needs student population
- Work alongside a seasoned support team, including other SLPs and behavioral professionals
- Participate in IEP development, team meetings, and contribute to a collaborative therapeutic environment
