You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment featuring a team of six other SLPs and numerous behavior therapists. The unique campus provides services to both PreK–8 and 9th-22-year-old programs, giving you deep experience with varied age groups and high-needs caseloads.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Connecticut (or eligibility)
- Experience with school-based SLP services
- Comfort supporting students with autism and behavioral needs
- Flexibility and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Your Role
- Full-time work, Monday to Friday (8AM–2PM for ESY 7/1–7/24; 8AM–3:30PM NSY 8/12–11/1/26)
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Manage a small, high-needs caseload across two innovative school programs
- Collaborate closely with SLP colleagues, behavior therapists, and educators
- Maintain accurate documentation and parent communication
