Program Details:
- ESY dates: July 1 – July 24, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 2:00PM
- Regular School Year: August 12 – November 1, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 3:30PM
- One school site serving two unique programs: preK-8 and 9th-22 years
- Small caseloads focused on making meaningful connections
- Extensive multidisciplinary support, including 6 other SLPs and numerous Behavioral Therapists
Candidate Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong background working with students diagnosed with Autism and behavioral challenges
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Warmth and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse student group
- Availability for the full assignment window; immediate start strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services per IEP requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for student progress and compliance
- Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing professional development
