Exciting opportunities are available for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to make a positive impact on students in a supportive school environment near New Castle, DE. We are seeking motivated SLP professionals for contract assignments during the 2026-2027 school year, with both in-person and virtual options available for select roles.
There are several full-time positions to consider:
- Two SLPs for elementary caseloads (1st-5th grade), running from August 25, 2026, through approximately November 13, 2026. Both in-person and virtual professionals will be considered.
- One SLP to serve middle and high school students (6th-12th grade) across two buildings, from approximately November 6, 2026, to February 17, 2027. Virtual candidates can also apply, and this role is ideal for those seeking a position directly following elementary coverage.
- One SLP for a preschool caseload (ages 3-4 years), from August 25 through October 16, 2026. In-person presence is required.
- One SLP for a Kindergarten caseload, primarily working with students on the Autism spectrum, from August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026. In-person applicants only.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure
- Experience supporting school-aged populations and developing IEPs
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfort with both in-person and virtual service delivery (for applicable assignments)
Responsibilities:
- Assessing students’ communication needs to develop effective IEPs
- Providing direct therapy and progress monitoring
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining documentation and compliance with school and state guidelines
