Enjoy a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week, with the assignment starting as soon as possible and running through May 29, 2026. Compensation ranges from $46 to $58 an hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior experience providing therapy within school settings is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individualized student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEP-driven treatment plans for students with a variety of speech and language needs
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Engage and collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators to support student progress
- Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
