Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
- Experience working with school-aged children is strongly desired
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals
Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in student support meetings and professional development as appropriate
