Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) eager to make a meaningful impact within a supportive school community. Several contract-based SLP openings are offered for the 2026-2027 school year, serving a variety of age groups. Both virtual and in-person work options are available for select roles.
Open assignments include:
- Two full-time SLPs for elementary (1st-5th grade), with assignments from August 25, 2026, through approximately November 13, 2026. Virtual candidates welcome.
- One full-time SLP for middle and high school (6th-12th grade), covering two buildings from November 6, 2026, to approximately February 17, 2026. Virtual candidates may apply; this leave can be scheduled following one of the elementary assignments.
- One full-time preschool SLP supporting ages 3-4, on-site only from August 25, 2026, through October 16, 2026.
- One full-time Kindergarten SLP focusing primarily on an Autism caseload, in-person required, August 25, 2026, through November 13, 2026.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to in-person or virtual settings as needed (role dependent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals for students within designated caseloads
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory mandates
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
