Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and state certification (or eligibility) for school-based practice

- Comfort with virtual therapy platforms for eligible caseloads
- Passion for working with diverse student needs, including populations with Autism or younger ages
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key resource for students on assigned caseloads (elementary, middle/high, preschool, or kindergarten Autistic support, depending on placement)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and allied professionals to ensure student growth and communication success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation that aligns with district and state guidelines
- Engage in IEP meetings and provide ongoing progress updates
