- Skilled in monitoring progress and maintaining thorough clinical documentation
- Excellent team collaboration, working seamlessly with teachers, related service providers, families, and staff
- Commitment to full on-site schedule (8:45 AM – 4:15 PM, 37.5 hours/week); punctual and reliable presence required
- Demonstrated adaptability—willingness to support varied caseloads as school needs evolve
- Reliable transportation for on-site duties
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for elementary students
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute expertise during IEP meetings
- Set appropriate, individualized goals and monitor progress regularly
- Document and report student progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with staff and families to maximize student outcomes
- Step up to assist in areas where student and team support are needed most
