What we’re looking for:
- Active Delaware SLP License/Certification (must present proof of current licensure)
- Strong preference for prior school-based experience, particularly at the elementary level
- Proficiency in providing speech-language therapy, conducting evaluations, and developing IEPs
- Ability to monitor student progress, document sessions, and adjust interventions as needed
- Experience collaborating with teachers, related providers, and families to foster student success
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing caseload assignments when necessary
- Availability to work onsite, full scheduled hours (8:45 AM–4:15 PM, 37.5 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation to the school location
In this position, you’ll:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop relevant IEP goals
- Track, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families for student-centered support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing the best strategies for student success
