Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- New graduates completing CFY are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for elementary students
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both group and individualized, to support student growth
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Monitor and document student performance, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Participate fully in school meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
Position Highlights:
- Academic calendar schedule: 8/3/26–5/25/27
- Engaging elementary caseload, Monday through Friday, 6:45am–2:15pm (37.5 hours per week)
