Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Jay, FL

Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
- Background or interest in pediatric speech-language pathology, including experience or training with elementary school populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive learning environment
Position Highlights:
- Scheduled school hours: Monday–Friday, 6:45am–2:15pm
- Year-long contract beginning August 3, 2026 through May 25, 2027
- Manage a caseload of elementary students, conducting screenings and evaluations
- Implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual goals and abilities
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to enhance student communication in academic settings
- Document services and monitor ongoing progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
