Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cantonment, Florida

Desired Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
- Background or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within educational settings
- Experience or training as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or interest in completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to elementary-aged students exhibiting a variety of speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and IEP goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and federal school-based therapy requirements
What You Can Expect: This assignment ensures a steady schedule—Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:15 pm, totaling 37.5 hours each week.
