Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Milton, Florida

Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age children in a school setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices for pediatric speech therapy
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about making a difference in students’ lives
- New graduates in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) are encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
This is a contract role, offering a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with daily hours from 6:45am to 2:15pm. The compensation for this position is $45 per hour, paid weekly.
