Assignments include students across a range of age groups and caseloads, including regular education, autism spectrum disorders, PreK, and specialized instructional settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida provisional SLP License from the Department of Health (required)
- SLP-CF status (supervision provided); SLPAs not eligible for this role
- Commitment to working exclusively on-site (not open to virtual arrangements)
- Experience or interest in school-based speech-language pathology
- Ability to travel between assigned campus locations within the county as needed
- Completion of fingerprint/background checks and participation in internal video interviews
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to student caseloads, which may include regular education, PreK, autism spectrum disorders, or special education settings
- Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
