School Speech Language Pathologist - Lake Worth, FL
Exciting opportunities are available in the West Palm Beach area for passionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) looking to start or advance their careers in school-based settings. These full-time, on-site contract roles allow you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students across multiple campuses. With supervision and mentorship from experienced SLP-CCCs, this position is tailor-made for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience within a diverse educational environment.
Start as soon as possible, with assignments running through late May 2027. You’ll become part of a collaborative community, serving a variety of age groups and caseloads depending on your preferred locations. Multiple positions are available, with scheduling flexibility to combine sites into a single full-time role.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida provisional SLP License (Dept. of Health)
- Eligibility to complete fingerprint/background checks and JLA badge process
- Commitment to full-time, in-person work across multiple campus locations
- Willingness to attend an internal video interview for initial screening
- SLP CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidates only (Supervision provided)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with varied needs and grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and supervisory SLP-CCCs
- Provide assessments and track progress based on IEP goals
- Document services and maintain detailed records in compliance with district protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
