Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in alignment with educational goals
- Provide direct therapy services addressing a range of speech and language disorders specific to middle school-aged children
- Monitor progress and regularly update documentation and reports
- Participate in team meetings and coordinate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s success
- Offer strategies and resources to help staff and parents reinforce communication goals across school and home settings
