As several new Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to support students across Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, your experience and dedication will make a meaningful impact. With a retiring SLP leaving behind a large, supportive caseload, you’ll provide essential in-person services and shape the lives of students eager for growth and communication support.
You’ll be assigned to a grade level based on your expertise and preference—openings are available in Elementary (start 7:30 am), Middle (start 7:45 am), and High School (start 8:30 am) settings, offering both variety and structured schedules. Caseloads are thoughtfully maintained between 50-60 students per clinician to ensure effective, personalized care.
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- In-person SLP experience in an educational setting, K-12 preferred
- Flexibility to work with diverse age groups and learning needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and consult with teachers and families
- Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate effectively with classroom staff and special education teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
