Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) accepted
- Experience or strong interest working with K-12 students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Familiarity with IEP process, speech/language assessments, and therapeutic interventions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their personal and academic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students individually or in group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school atmosphere
