Qualifications:
- Hold a current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Skilled in evaluations, IEP development, and therapy implementation
- Comfortable serving a mixed caseload across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
- Track progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation
- Partner with educators and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
