Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Oregon
- Prior experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, administrators, and families
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in both early childhood and K–12 environments
- Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students of diverse backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct assessment and therapy to students in both EI/ECSE (Birth–5) and K–12 programs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with special education teams
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine student needs and progress
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and families
- Maintain organized documentation and participate in relevant meetings as required by program administration
- Manage a moderate caseload with the support and resources provided
