Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bandon, OR

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to organize, manage, and document a full caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions onsite to students with diverse needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
- Stay current with best practices and maintain professional development
