Step into a dynamic educational setting for the 2026-2027 school year by providing essential speech-language pathology services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. With the current SLP set to retire, there is a significant opportunity to make a difference for a vibrant population of students in need of in-person support.
As part of a supportive and student-focused team, you’ll work with a varied caseload, aimed to be between 50-60 students, ensuring you can deliver personalized and high-quality intervention. The role offers placements within K-12, so you can bring your expertise to the grade levels and age groups that best match your passion—whether that’s helping young learners in elementary school or guiding high schoolers to graduation.
What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for SLP in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students, including elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining optimal caseloads
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is a plus
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students at assigned school(s)
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide in-person services and communication with families and staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and planning
Scheduling highlights:
- Elementary: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Middle: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
- High: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
