Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Idaho
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing services in schools (elementary experience preferred)
- Comfortable working full-time, onsite across two schools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Competency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Experience or interest in working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy, assessments, and screenings for elementary-aged students
- Develop IEP goals and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with state and school requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary collaboration
