Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Boise, Idaho

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Possession of either the ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Current and active state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience or genuine interest in working with pediatrics within school environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Offer direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to enhance student progress
- Document assessments, treatment, and progress in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
