Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) completed or in progress
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, intervention, and therapy for a diverse caseload of pediatric students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of student services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
