Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Nampa, ID

What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Strong passion for pediatric care and school-based practices
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to develop engaging therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings and formal assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Providing direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Tracking student progress, documenting sessions, and adapting plans as necessary
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team
• Providing consultative support for teachers and staff on effective communication strategies
