Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience or training in pediatrics and school-based services is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and fulfill all compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
- Deliver engaging individual and small group therapy sessions
- Consult and collaborate with educational teams for seamless support and inclusion
