Qualifications:
- Valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist state licensure (ASHA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; supervision available for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience in educational settings is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student progress and development
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and interventions to assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Support the achievement of student outcomes through evidence-based practices
