Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric/school-aged populations
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a collaborative approach
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation and accurate progress reports
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, other specialists, and family members to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized learning strategies
- Provide support and guidance for classroom accommodations as needed
