Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

This school-based SLP role is scheduled to begin on September 22, 2026, continuing through May 27, 2027. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team, including SLPAs, and your expertise will help foster language, speech, and communication development for students of varying needs.
Ideal candidates will have experience in any of the following settings: schools, pediatric populations, healthcare, teletherapy, or as a Clinical Fellow (CFY). Both licensed SLPs (CCC or CFY) and SLPAs with relevant school-based or healthcare backgrounds are encouraged to express interest.
Desired qualifications include:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY, or relevant SLPA credentials
- Previous work with pediatric/childhood populations, preferably within schools
- Familiarity with remote/teletherapy models is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach and passion for helping students thrive
Core responsibilities will involve:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering direct and consultative services in-person or via teletherapy
- Monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
- Collaborating with SLPAs, special education staff, and families
- Providing support for diverse learning needs
