Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Eden Prairie, MN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current or eligible Minnesota licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working in school settings preferred; healthcare or pediatric backgrounds also considered
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress using evidence-based interventions
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in meetings, IEP development, and continued education sessions
