Desired qualifications and experience:
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP (CCC, CFY) or SLPA in MN
- School-based, healthcare, or pediatric SLP/SLPA experience preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus

- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work within multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Provide both in-person and/or teletherapy services as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Support student progress and advocate for their needs in the educational setting
