Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA in Minnesota
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities a plus
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with SLPA staff and provide supervision as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team planning, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
- Utilize a range of therapy approaches, including teletherapy when required
- Help students develop effective communication skills for academic and social success
