As part of a team providing vital SLP services, you’ll rotate between K-5 and 9-12 caseloads, gaining hands-on experience with students from early childhood special education (ECSE) through 12th grade. Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license for MN, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 45-50 students across K-12
- Strong communication, flexibility, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students ECSE-12th grade
- Rotate between K-5 and high school caseloads, supporting various age groups as needed
- Perform evaluations, develop IEPs, and participate in team meetings
- Maintain detailed therapy documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
