Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, Minnesota

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid state licensure for SLP practice
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in schools, highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to adapt to changing school environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary colleagues to facilitate student success
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed
