Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Demonstrated commitment to pediatric and school-based speech services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a K-12 setting
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all relevant state and federal regulations
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings
