Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Minneapolis, MN

Essential Qualifications:
- Valid SLP or SLPA credentials (state licensure and certification required)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience or enthusiasm for pediatric and school-based populations
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is highly valued
- Background in healthcare SLP settings is a plus
- Ability to communicate with compassion and clarity
- Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide high-quality therapy services to students, in-person or via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations and interventions
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for learners of varying abilities
