Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Medicine Lodge, KS

Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for certification
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation requirements
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Screening, evaluating, and providing direct therapy to students ages 3–21
- Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintaining timely and organized records in accordance with school guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student goal development
- Communicating progress and strategies with families to support carryover at home
- Adapting therapy techniques to suit individual needs within the school environment
