Required Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License or valid GaPSC Certification (both will be required eventually; one sufficient to start)
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF); open to Speech Language Associates (SLAs) certified through GaPSC
- Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Committed to on-site work (no teletherapy or hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy in a K-12 academic environment
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and participate in student support meetings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Partner with families to support student progress
