Key Qualifications:
- Current Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (will ultimately need both, but either is acceptable for initial consideration)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLAs) certified through GaPSC
- Experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary-aged students, is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide onsite services
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and provide direct therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
