School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lithonia, Georgia

Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Georgia SLP License or valid GaPSC Certification (will eventually require both; candidates may have either upon start)
- Accepting SLPs with CCC or CF credentials; open to SLAs with GaPSC certification (not SLPAs at this time)
- Experience or clinical placements within school settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and administration
- Ability to work onsite as this role does not offer remote options
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students K-12
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help shape student plans and progress reporting
- Develop engaging therapy sessions and adapt materials to meet students’ unique needs
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for all learners
- Maintain thorough records, complying with state and district requirements
