Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Comfortable working with students from grades K-12, including elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Provide education and resources to families and staff regarding speech-language development and disorders
