Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children in grades K-12, especially those with language, articulation, fluency, or voice disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary educational team
- Experience with IEP development, implementation, and documentation processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K–12
- Develop individualized treatment plans and targeted therapy to address each student’s unique needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in both individual and group settings
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers, staff, and parents for supporting students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to the positive culture of the school community
