Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility (CFYs considered)
  • Previous experience in educational settings is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to work with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of IEP process and proficiency in documentation and progress tracking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s goals
  • Provide direct intervention services, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate strategies within the classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for families, offering guidance and support regarding their child’s communication development
