School Speech Language Pathologist - Greenville, SC

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but open to strong CFY candidates
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting highly regarded
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Comfortable with a diverse caseload and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
- Provide therapy in 1:1 and small group settings, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
