What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students of varied ages
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to track student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and records in compliance with local and state guidelines
- Provide in-classroom support and recommendations for best communication practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights on student needs
