Speech Language Pathologist in Mcdonough, GA

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (must obtain both eventually, but either is accepted to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Experience in educational or pediatric SLP settings is ideal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse staff and student populations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite as directed by school needs
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
Role Details:
- Contract dates: Late July 2026 to late May 2027
- Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, school day hours
- Onsite position only—teletherapy is not offered for this role
