Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license with CCC or CFY eligibility
- Previous experience in school-based settings working with pediatric populations
- Demonstrated knowledge of ARD procedures, evaluation practices, and goal development
- Essential: Experience supervising SLPAs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged children in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, draft comprehensive evaluation reports, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in ARD meetings, collaborating with educators and families to support student success
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, ensuring they adhere to best practices and compliance guidelines
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
