Qualifications
- Active ASHA CCC required
- Arizona SLP license or eligibility
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong ability to supervise SLPAs and collaborate with school staff
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and evaluations to PreK or K-8 students
- Supervise and support one full-time SLPA per role
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for student growth
