Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Previous supervisory experience or willingness to mentor SLPAs
- Comfortable working 40 hours per week
- Enthusiasm for both PreK and K-8 grade levels; ability to manage and adapt to varying caseloads
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to Pre-K or K-8 students
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs, guiding their day-to-day responsibilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Track progress and adjust interventions as needed
