Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Clinical experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Provide therapeutic interventions both in-person and via telepractice, adapting methods to suit hybrid learning needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
