Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for SLP practice
- ASHA Certification (either Clinical Fellow or Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience or interest in working within pediatric or school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school and professional requirements for documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive student support plans
- Engage with teachers, parents, and staff to promote generalization of therapy goals across educational settings
- Keep current with best practices, research, and continuing education in pediatric speech therapy
