Key qualifications and skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Arizona SLP license
  • Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a school setting or with K-8 students preferred
  • Commitment to in-person services

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students across two school sites
  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-8th grade students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
  • Travel between two nearby school sites, ensuring continuity of care
