Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in working within school environments, K-8 population preferred
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload and prioritize student needs
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective IEPs
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work exclusively onsite across two school locations
